1. Services

Untamed Skin Tattoo provides professional tattoo and piercing services. All services are performed by independent contractors who maintain their own insurance and licensing.

2. Age Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years of age with valid government-issued photo identification. Minors aged 16-17 may receive piercings with a parent or legal guardian present.

3. Health & Safety

Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Clients must disclose all medical conditions and allergies. The studio reserves the right to refuse service.

4. Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits may be required for custom work and are non-refundable. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit. Individual artist policies may vary.

5. Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions. Touch-up policies vary by artist. Untamed Skin Tattoo is not responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare.

6. Liability

All clients must complete a release form. By receiving services, clients acknowledge inherent risks and release the studio and artists from liability.
